LAC+USC Medical Center |
1,500,000 sq. ft. |
Challenge: Governmental project with more than 20,000 items to receive, assemble, tag and place. Required constant communication with BioMed, facilities management and property management to meet the deadline. Result: State-of-the-art bar code and scanning technology and a Web-based system allowed the owner to “see” assets as they passed through different phases of the process. All items were placed in their final location a month before the state licensing review. |
St. Joseph’s Hospital |
660,000 sq. ft. |
