Program Management

Master Scheduling
We develop and maintain master schedules that drill down to the detailed one- and two-week-project “look-ahead” schedules required on complex projects.

Careful monitoring and reporting of activities against the schedule helps us glean information about the project’s progress. Ongoing communication and coordination with clients lets us follow up on potential delay issues in a timely manner. We use Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to measure a project’s progress and hold weekly on-site meetings to discuss project status.

We also use a master roll-up schedule to manage multiple projects. Frequent updates help us forecast potential trouble spots, proactively solve problems, and help minimize delays.

Space Planning
Our knowledge of code requirements helps us assess your space and functionality requirements, both in existing facilities and new greenfield projects. 

Design Services
We offer in-house design reviews for most building types. We have provided peer reviews in California for 25 years and recently began providing review services for the Office of Statewide Planning and Development. We use only licensed professionals with at least 10 years of design experience. And we regularly collaborate with your project team to ensure that all design and budgetary requirements are fulfilled.
